Job Description:
A company is looking for a M&A Accounting Operations Senior
Accountant (Revenue Recognition).
Key Responsibilities
Support integration of acquired entities into the company's
ecosystem
Perform monthly analysis and reconciliations for M&A revenue
and accounts receivable
Prepare technical accounting memos and quarterly audit schedules in
accordance with ASC 606
Required Qualifications
CPA license
At least 3 years of experience in public accounting and
industry
Experience with monthly and quarterly close activities and account
reconciliations
Experience performing contract analysis under ASC 606
Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite,
QuickBooks)
